Lexi and Joey weren’t sure they were going to do a full-scale wedding. If I could describe how carefree and full of joy Lexi is to you, it would be hard to find the words. I can’t tell you how many times she used the word “FUN” when she was thinking about how she wanted the day to feel. She wasn’t sure she wanted the pomp and circumstance of a normal wedding, but knew she was ready to party and celebrate her marriage with her friends.
What Lexi and Joey ended up doing, with the help of The Planning Bee, was a perfect marriage of a normal wedding day, and just a chill experience. Lexi and Joey still tied the knot, but only in front of their immediate families. The officiant was Lexi’s very best friend. And THEN all of their amazing friends showed up for the most insanely fun dance party.
I would hope that every wedding day would end up reflecting what the couple actually values, and they hit the nail on the head with this day. See all the beauty here:
