The Westin Great Southern Columbus Wedding | Leigh + Steve

When I first met Leigh, it was at Jessica and Colby’s wedding. She grabbed my hands at the end of the night, told me she loved me, and that someday I would be photographing her wedding (Steve and her technically weren’t even engaged yet). Two or three weeks later, she called me ecstatic! It was time! I love the vulnerability and tenderness of Leigh. She finds things that are beautiful, and isn’t afraid to talk deep about what those things are. I just knew their day was going to be so special.

Ashley with Aisle & Co. totally transformed the Westin for the big day. When Leigh’s flowers weren’t sitting in the crook of her arm easily enough to get a certain shot, Ashley was literally down on the floor holding the flowers for her, staying completely hidden. It was the perfect team.

So many moments stood out to me… The absolute lover between Leigh and her Dad during their first look. Or the fact that Steve’s entire extended family got down on the ground and started rolling around during the song “Proud Mary” (a proud family tradition). See all the cuteness here:
