The Studio at the Kitchen Wedding | Jamie and Jon

Gosh I can’t get over how beautiful these two are – both inside and out. I remember how giggly Jamie was during their engagement session, and I remember noticing in particular how Jon looked at her. They even whipped out their own secret handshake, which is adorable. So I knew that even though the Coronavirus pandemic took away their original wedding day plans, they wouldn’t be phased by it.

Jamie and Jon picked The Studio at the Kitchen in German Village for their nuptials. I can’t think of a better location! They had been to the neighboring The Kitchen with family before, and it is the coolest spot with cooking classes, Taco Tuesdays, and weddings. The wall full of greenery, gold touches, and chandeliers just made it perfect. I knew it would be beautiful, but what was even more beautiful was watching these two commit the rest of their lives together with just their close family. Jamie had the sweetest moment during the ceremony where she couldn’t contain her laughter, which is something she had heard her mom had done at their wedding. Jon looked at her with the same sweet intensity that I saw during their engagement session. It was exactly how it was supposed to be. I can’t wait to be there to celebrate with the rest of their family and friends next year.
