Alyssa and Josh met over five years ago. He was from Penn State, she was from Ohio State, and they were both flown out for an internship with Pepsico. It must have been fate, because they found each other quickly, and now here we are. Some of my favorite wedding days are when both the bride and groom are just genuinely sweet, kind people. Every inch of the decor was perfect and beautiful, they looked stunning, but the general atmosphere of the day was still so calm and serene. You could tell that Alyssa and Josh were interested mostly in just getting married. They are the perfect fit for each other.
Some of my favorite moments of the day included the signing of the Ketubah with family members. Alyssa and Josh had set up one of the prettiest displays I’ve ever seen of past family members and their wedding photos through the year. You can tell just how important family is to them, and it was very touching to see all of those family lines documented. They also had bottles of wine for guests to take home to open on their 1-year anniversary. The guests were super happy about it and I may have loved seeing their engagement photos on the front of the bottles! Congratulations you two!
