Via Vecchia Fall Wedding | Catie and Joe

What a beautiful day.  I’m always excited to hear that we will get to shoot at Via Vecchia, because that alleyway is a beautiful spot to get married. It was like everything was meant to happen perfectly for Catie and Joe. A warm, October day with a gentle breeze. I arrived to the hotel where the girls were getting ready and knew before I saw her that Catie was going to be absolutely stunning. They chose to do a first look before the wedding, and all the nerves she had left her when she saw Joe. It’s very clear that he is her rock, and that’s a great place to start a marriage. The day was both heartwarming and emotional. There were really memorable moments, like Joe getting down to hug his niece and nephew (who sprinted down the aisle). Or Catie’s best friend’s speech/poem that had everyone crying. And there was fun too. I don’t think I’ll hear NSync’s “Bye Bye Bye” in the same way again.  We were so honored to be there. Congratulations Catie and Joe!

This was probably the cutest flower girl I have ever met. She was on it! She knew how to pose and would politely remind me if I hadn’t gotten enough pictures with her yet.Loved this momento that Catie had of her Dad by her side the whole day.
