I could shoot this wedding over and over again. When Sami and Caleb asked us to come near the border of Kentucky for their wedding at The 100 Mile house I had no idea it would be so beautiful. Sami herself is stunning. Her and Caleb are pure and kind and it makes me smile to see such a complementary pair. They could have had a beautiful day in any location. But they just so happened to celebrate at an estate overlooking the Ohio River where family and friends had just a few days before erected a hand-built reception structure and transformed the boathouse into one of the prettiest ceremony locations I have seen. We are so grateful that we got to be there to witness it.
Right as Sami started walking down the aisle, a gust of wind blew the fall leaves off of all of the
trees. People literally gasped. It was perfect.
This photo is special to me. Sami asked if we could take a photo with her and Caleb together because she
noticed I had written about wanting to get in more pictures. We have the sweetest brides.
Another reason why I was a weepy mess this weekend; Sami and her two sisters harmonized
over the piano while their parents watched at the end of the night. It was a truly beautiful moment.
